Every BEDNEWS Hip Hop Ring begins with a clear vision, guiding each step from design to the finished, fully iced-out piece.

The process begins with translating the customer’s idea into a sketch, capturing the desired shape, style, and proportions. Using CAD software, the sketch is transformed into a precise 3D model, allowing every curve, edge, and detail to be visualized digitally. This ensures that the final ring will match the customer’s vision perfectly before moving to the physical creation stage.

Once the CAD model is approved, skilled artisans craft a wax replica of the ring. This stage allows for hands-on refinement of proportions, angles, and intricate design elements. The two-tone style is planned carefully during this stage, ensuring that both finishes will complement each other. The wax model serves as an exact template for casting.

The wax model is encased in a mold and replaced with molten metal through precision casting. After cooling, the raw metal ring is removed from the mold. It is then polished to smooth any imperfections and plated to achieve the two-tone finish. This stage gives the ring strength, durability, and the desired visual contrast.

The final stage involves setting the round stones meticulously across the ring to create the fully iced-out effect. Each stone is carefully placed and secured to ensure maximum sparkle and alignment. The result is a bold, eye-catching ring with a flawless finish, ready to wear or gift.
